About modification of some regulations (in the field of employment of the population)

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on assistance of employment of the population and insurance on unemployment No. 105/2018 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 295-318, 448), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In Article 3:

to add the concept "the agreement on mediation in case of employment" after words of "intermediary services" with the words "in case of employment";

to add the concept "temporary worker emigrant" after the words "on basis" with words of "the individual employment contract, the service provision agreement or the similar agreement".

2. In Article 10:

part (to add 1) with the words "and in the field of labor migration.";

in part (5):

add part with Item-1) from the following content:

"with-1) realization of mechanisms of support of the employers who set the reduced operating mode;";

Item n) to state in the following edition:

"n) publication of the activities report on employment of labor migrants abroad;";

add part with Item p) the following content:

"p) implementation of international treaties, and also the interdepartmental memoranda of understanding concluded in areas of labor migration.";

in part (7):

in Item a) words "by establishment and provision of unemployment benefit," shall be replaced with words "by establishment of entitlement to benefit on unemployment";

add part with the Item a-1) of the following content:

"a-1) realization of mechanisms of support of the employers who set the reduced operating mode;".

3. In part (1) Article 14:

Item b) after words "vacant workplaces" to add with words ", including about the vacant workplaces created and/or reserved for employment of persons with limited opportunities";
