Art. I. - Article 35 of the Law on the state system of social insurance No. 489/1999 (2000, Art. No. 1-4, 2), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with parts (1-2) and (1-3) following content:

Art. II. - In the Law on State Labour Inspection No. 140/2001 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, Art. No. 68-71, 505), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. The name of Chapter IV after the word "OBLIGATIONS" to add with words: "INCOMPATIBILITY And".

2. Add the law with Articles 9-1 and 11-5 of the following content:

"Article 9-1. Incompatibility for the inspector of work

(1) the Inspector of work is forbidden to establish external private services of protection and the prevention in the sense provided by the Law on health protection and labor safety No. 186/2008, to be effective or have any interest in them.
