About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2022"

By the president and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan necessary measures for social and economic development of our country, further increase in level of living of the population, to support of implementation of infrastructure projects, and also mitigation of negative impact of the financial and economic problems which developed on the international scene on republic economy are implemented.
In this regard, measures for ensuring timely financing of implementable actions and refining of sources of additional expenses, expansion of sources of covering of deficit of the Consolidated budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also optimization of some expenses of the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan and budgets of the state trust funds for 2022 which will remain not demanded until the end of the current year are taken.
This Law will serve timely financing of the means aimed at the social and economic development of our country and also providing measures for target and effective expenditure of the State Budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan and budgets of the state trust funds of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2022.
Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 30, 2021 No. ZRU-742 "About the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2022" (Sheets of chambers of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan. 2021, No. 12, Art. 1200; 2022, No. 6, Art. 577) following changes:
The 10th figure of "6,0" to replace 1) in Article part three with figure of "12,0";
The 11th figure of "3,0" to replace 2) in Article part one with figure of "4,0";
The text of appendix No. 3 to state 3) in the following edition:
