Article 1. 1. Add Article 38 with part eleven of the following content:

"Specially authorized body in the field of civil aviation from the government authorization of the Republic of Tajikistan and according to the international legal acts recognized by Tajikistan can sign with authorized body of other state the agreement on transfer of separate obligations and function of the state of registration concerning the aircraft registered in Tajikistan and to notify on it Council of International Civil Aviation Organization.".

2. The fifth articles 72 after words of Republic of Tajikistan to add part with sign and words ", except for the aircrafts used for implementation for the purpose of military customs and law-enforcement bodies,".

3. Add with Article 75 (1) the following content:

"Article 75 (1). Provision of public personal data of passengers of aircrafts and other information on transportation of passengers
