"1. Establish temporary ban on export (export) from the Kyrgyz Republic out of limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union before saturation of the domestic market or forming of the total markets of oil and oil products of the Eurasian Economic Union:
- road transport of the oil (classified by code of 2709 CN FEA EEU) and the oil products (classified by code of 2710 CN FEA EEU), except for the fuel oil (classified by code of 2710 CN FEA EEU);
- railway transport of the oil (classified by code of 2709 CN FEA EEU).";

"5. The State Customs Service under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Border service of the State committee of homeland security of the Kyrgyz Republic to take the necessary measures directed to suppression of illegal commodity exportation, specified in Item 1 of this resolution.".
