2. State Article 345 in the following edition:

"Article 345. Release of separate types of goods from payment of customs duties

The following types of import are exempted from payment of customs duties:

1) import of national and foreign currency (except the numismatical purposes), and also securities;

2) import of precious metals and gemstones by National Bank of Tajikistan and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan for the State storage of values;
