1. In Article 86:

- add with part 5 of the following content:

"5. In the decision on prolongation of term of conducting administrative investigation date and the place of creation of the decision, position, surname, name and middle name of person which constituted the decision, the bases and renewal terms of conducting administrative investigation are specified.";

- consider part 5 respectively part 6.

2. To state part 1 of Article 114 in the following edition:
