About modification of the Federal Law "About Education in the Russian Federation"

Article 1

Bring in Chapter 1 of the Federal Law of December 29, 2012 No. 273-FZ "About education in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 53, of the Art. 7598) change, having added with its Article 9.1 of the following content:

"Article 9.1. Redistribution of powers between local government bodies and public authorities of the subject of the Russian Federation

The powers of local government bodies and public authorities of the subject of the Russian Federation in the field of education established by this Federal Law except for of the powers performed by bodies of the public power of the federal territory Sirius can be redistributed between them according to the procedure, No. 131-FZ provided by part 1.2 of article 17 of the Federal Law of October 6, 2003 "About the general principles of the organization of local self-government in the Russian Federation".".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
