According to Articles 7, of 15, of 33, "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of operational issue of inventories of cash of National Bank to the banks authorized on stock holding of cash of the National Bank of Ukraine and carrying out transactions with them during action of warlike situation in Ukraine, the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: 56 Laws of Ukraine

1. 2, 3 Items 6 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine "About approval of the Regulations on transfer of inventories of cash on storage in authorized banks and carrying out transactions with them" of September 17, 2021 95, to state subitems to No. in the following edition:

"2) Item 68 of the Section V of the provision which is becoming effective since January 01, 2023;

3) subitems 3, the 7th Item 38 of the Section II of Provisions which become effective since January 01, 2024.".

2. In Item 13 of the Section I of the appendix 2 to the Regulations on transfer of inventories of cash on storage in authorized banks and carrying out transactions with them approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of September 17, 2021 No. 95 (with changes) to replace figures "2023" with figures "2024".

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Alexey Shaban.

4. The resolution becomes effective since December 31, 2022.
