Article 1. Bring in the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Tajikistan accepted by the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of January 5, 2008 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2008, No. 1, h 1, the Art. 6, Art. 7; 2010, No. 1, Art. 6; 2012, No. 7, Art. 721; 2014, No. 7, h 1, Art. 388; No. 12, Art. 821; 2015, No. 11, Art. 953; 2016, No. 5, Art. 360; 2018, No. 1, Art. 6; 2019, No. 1, Art. 6, No. 6, Art. 314; 2020, No. 7-9, of Art. 603; 2021, No. 12, h 2, Art. 691; 2022, Art. No. 1-3, 6, Art. 7, No. 7, Art. 440), following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 4:

- to consider the text of Article part 1 and to number;

- add with part 2 following of content:

"2. The action for declaration (statement), the claim, protest, petitions, representation and other applying documents can be brought into court in written or electronically. Documents electronically according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan, are confirmed by the digital digital signature, and are represented by means of their placement on the website of courts.".

2. In Article 11:

- add part 5 with the second offer of the following content:

"Use of means of audio - and videos in the closed judicial session is not allowed.";
