About approval of Rules of application of separate security measures concerning the victims, witnesses and other participants of criminal trial
For the purpose of implementation of the Federal Law "About the State Protection of the Victims, Witnesses and Other Participants of Criminal Trial" Government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of application of separate security measures concerning the victims, witnesses and other participants of criminal trial.
2. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Fyoederation, Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation, the Federal Customs Service, the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation, and also other state bodies to which implementation of separate security measures can be assigned in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, provide implementation of the necessary actions directed to application of measures of the state protection concerning participants of criminal trial within the competence.
