1. Take into consideration that at the 24th session of the General Assembly of the World tourism organization of the UN which took place on November 30 - on December 3, 2021 in the city of Madrid of the Kingdom of Spain, in 2023 holding the regular 25th session of the General Assembly in the city of Samarkand is planned.
2. Approve offers of the Ministry of tourism and cultural heritage, the Ministry of transport, the Ministry of Economic Development and reducing poverty, khokimiyat of the Samarkand region and Hunarmand Association:
about holding the explanatory campaign "Samarkand — Tourist Gate of New Uzbekistan" showing the tourist capacity of Samarkand and possibility of the international airport of Samarkand (further - the Airport) in regions of the republic and foreign countries;
about transformation of the Samarkand region in the large transport and logistic hub connected by avia, railway and road transport, and also connecting the Airport with regions of the republic;
about implementation at the Airport of alternative system of placement (basing) for foreign air carriers;
about the organization of system of additional support of activities of tourist objects in the Samarkand region.
3. Determine that:
a) at the Airport:
till January 1, 2030 the private partner in management of the Airport (further - the private partner) for implementation of flights by foreign airlines also addresses to the Agency of civil aviation under the Ministry of transport for receipt of permission;
