About modification of some Orders of the Government (strengthening and increase in efficiency of activities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs)

No. 160-164, 537), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In Item 2 of the Order of the Government No. 778/2009 on approval of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, structure and extreme number of its central office (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 173, Art. 856), with subsequent changes, to replace figures "18087" with figures "18038".

2. In the Order of the Government No. 693/2017 about the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 322-328, 795), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

To replace 1) in Item 2 of figure "135" with figures "140";

Item 3 after the text "one secretary general of the ministry" to add 2) with the text", one deputy secretary general of the ministry";

3) in appendix No. 1:

a) state Item 10 in the following edition:

"10. Within the Ministry four state secretaries holding responsible state position and also one secretary general of the ministry and one deputy secretary general of the ministry who are government employees - upper managers act."
