About the organization of activities of Institute of the legislation and legal policy in case of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. Take into consideration that:

in case of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan the Institute of the legislation and legal policy (further - Institute) in the form of the public expert research establishment, accountable to the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan is created, and also its main objectives and priority activities are determined;

the common directorship activities of Institute is performed of divisions of the adviser to the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan concerning social and political development.

2. Determine that Institute:

performs scientific, information and analytical ensuring activities of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan for forming and realization of legal policy, and also development of suggestions for improvement of legal support of the reforms undertaken in the country in close interaction with divisions of Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, bodies of legislative, executive and judicial authority;

carries out monitoring of forming and program implementation on development and entering into parliament of drafts of the laws, passing of bills in chambers of Oliy Majlis at all stages of their consideration and acceptance, and also prepares reasonable expert evaluations and the conclusions according to drafts of the legal acts introduced in Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the basis of complex assessment of their compliance to the state legal policy and also impacts on the course of social and economic, social and political reforms;
