About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About currency control"

Millie Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic, being guided by Item 15 of part I of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, decides:

1. Under Article 1:

1.1. In the Item "b)" of part 1 of the word "in banks and other credit institutions" shall be replaced with words "in credit institutions and the national operator of mail service";

1.2. In part 11 of the word "the banks and other credit institutions which obtained the license of monitoring body for the financial market for the right of carrying out currency transactions" shall be replaced with words "the banks operating in the Azerbaijan Republic and local branches of foreign banks and also the national operator of mail service".

2. Regarding the 2nd Article 15 the word "banks" shall be replaced with words "the banks and persons who obtained the license for implementation of currency and exchange activities".

3. Add with Article 16-1 of the following content:
