About modification of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of April 7, 2011 No. 607

According to Item 17 of the Protocol on application of sanitary, veterinary and sanitary and quarantine phytosanitary measures (appendix No. 12 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) and Item 19 of appendix No. 2 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 No. 98, Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Bring in the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of April 7, 2011 No. 607 "About forms of Single veterinary certificates on the controlled goods imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union from the third countries" changes according to appendix.

2. Determine that the Commissions of the Customs union made according to the Decision of April 7, 2011 the forms of veterinary certificates issued in No. forms 1, of 3, 16 and 41 to the introduction of this Decision in force are used No. 607 till August 1, 2023 inclusive.

3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
