1. Agree with offers of the Ministry of investments, the industry and trade, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and khokimiyat of the Kashkadarya region on:

to transfer of 22,3 of hectare of the empty pastures and bogharic parcels of land in Beruniysky district, hectare 37,4 - in Kitabsky district from category of lands of agricultural purpose in category of lands of the industry, transport, communication and other appointment according to appendix *;

to expansion of the territory of free economic zones Nukus and "Chirokchi" due to allocation of 22,3 of hectare of the parcels of land in Beruniysky district of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and 37,4 of hectare of the parcels of land in Kitabsky district of the Kashkadarya region.

2. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and khokimiyat of the Kashkadarya region together with the Ministry of Agriculture and the Agency according to the inventory in a month proceeding from requirements of this resolution to make corresponding changes to data of the State land cadastre.

3. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and khokimiyat of the Kashkadarya region in two-month time to provide development and approval in coordination with the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services and the Ministry of investments, the industry and trade of master plans of the territories of free economic zones Nukus and "Chirokchi", words "to SEZ "Urgut" shall be replaced with words "SEZ "Nukus" and "Chirokchi" in Beruniysky district of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and Kitabsk the district of the Kashkadarya region (further - the territories of SEZ "Urgut" in Beruniysky and Kitabsky districts).
