Article 1

Bring in article 46 of the Federal Law of November 21, 2011 No. 323-FZ "About bases of protection of public health in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 48, Art. 6724; 2013, No. 48, Art. 6165; 2016, No. 27, Art. 4219) following changes:

Part 2 to add 1) with Item 4.1 of the following content:

"4. 1) the medical examinations during the working day (change) performed for the purpose of identification of signs of impact of harmful and (or) dangerous production factors of working environment and labor process on the state of health of workers, acute occupational disease or poisoning, signs of alcoholic, drug or other toxic intoxication;";

To add 2) with parts 8 - 12 following contents:

"8. Procedures and frequency of performing preliminary, periodic, prereplaceable, pretrip, postreplaceable, posttrip medical examinations, medical examinations during the working day (change) which need of carrying out is established by other Federal Laws concerning separate employee categories and of researches included in the list in them affirm authorized federal executive body if other is not stipulated by the legislation the Russian Federation.

9. Performing the medical examinations specified in Items 4, 4.1 and 5 parts 2 of this Article with use of the medical products providing the automated remote information transfer about the state of health of workers and remote control of condition of their health is allowed. When performing medical examinations with use of the specified medical products the identification of the identity of the worker having medical examination, excluding passing of medical examination by the other person in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation shall be provided.
