About introduction of amendments to article 47 parts one of the Civil code of the Russian Federation

Article 1

Bring 47 parts one of the Civil code of the Russian Federation in Article (The Russian Federation Code, 1994, No. 32, the Art. 3301) the following changes:

Item 2 to state 1) in the following edition:

"2. Civil registration is made by the bodies performing state registration of acts of civil status by creation of the corresponding civil registrations. The bodies performing state registration of acts of civil status grant to citizens certificates based on these records.";

2) in Item 3:

a) word in paragraph one "body of civil registration" shall be replaced with words "the bodies performing state registration of acts of civil status";

b) in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words words of "body of civil registration" "the bodies performing state registration of acts of civil status";

c) word in paragraph three "body of civil registration" shall be replaced with words "the bodies performing state registration of acts of civil status";

Item 4 to state 3) in the following edition:

"4. The bodies performing state registration of acts of civil status, order of registration of these acts, procedure for change, recovery and cancellation of civil registrations their forms, procedure and terms of their storage, and also form of the certificates granted to citizens as a witness of the facts of state registration of acts of civil status are determined by the law on acts of civil status.".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective after ninety days after day of its official publication.
