Bring in the Federal Law of April 6, 2015 No. 83-FZ "About modification of Chapter of 21 parts two of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation and about suspension of action of the paragraph of the third subitem 7 of Item 2 of Article 149 parts two of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation regarding services in transportation of passengers by rail in the suburban message" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 14, Art. 2023; 2016, No. 23, Art. 3297; No. 49, Art. 6844; 2017, No. 49, Art. 7307; 2020, No. 48, Art. 7627; 2021, No. 27, Art. 5133; 2022, No. 48, Art. 8310) following changes:
Shall be replaced with words 1) in Article 2 of the word of "2030" "2035";
2) in Article 3:
a) regarding 4 words of "2029" shall be replaced with words "2034";
b) in part 5 of the word of "2029" shall be replaced with words "2034".
This Federal Law becomes effective after one month from the date of its official publication.
