About introduction of amendments to article 17.3 of the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences

The second parts 2 of the word "from five hundred to one thousand rubles" shall be replaced with words 2) in the paragraph "from one thousand to three thousand rubles";
To add 3) with part 3 following of content:
"3. Repeated making of the administrative offense provided by part 1 or 2 of this Article -
attracts imposing of administrative penalty at the rate from three thousand to five thousand rubles or administrative detention for a period of up to fifteen days.".
