About checks of activities of business entities in the Republic of Tajikistan
This Law establishes procedure for conducting checks, the rights and obligations of business entities and officials of inspection bodies and is directed to protection of their activities against illegal intervention.
1. This Law governs the relations connected with the organization and conducting checks of activities of business entities by inspection bodies.
2. This Law is not applied to the relations connected with check which is carried out by the following bodies:
- National Bank of Tajikistan on activities of banks and extra bank financial institutions;
- the bodies performing operational search activities;
- bodies of primary inquiry, pretrial investigation, prosecutor's office and courts;
- bodies of the State automobile inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan on stationary and mobile units for the purpose of traffic safety;
- tax and customs authorities of the Republic of Tajikistan;
- bodies of the state financial control and fight against corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan;
- Audit Chamber of the Republic of Tajikistan;
- the bodies performing activities at check points when crossing Frontier of the Republic of Tajikistan;
- bodies for inspection of qualitative and quantitative indices of goods about compliance to their standards and requirements of the legislation.
