About modification of Calculation of share of agricultural commodity production

According to the paragraph of subitem 298.8.1 of Item 298.8 of Article 298 of Chapter 1 of the Section XIV of the Tax code of Ukraine, Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 17, 2021 No. 124, I order the fourth:

1. Make changes to Calculation of share of the agricultural commodity production approved by the order of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine of December 26, 2011 No. 772, registered on April 6, 2012 for No. 510/20823, having been reworded as follows it the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine it (is applied).

2. Provide to finance and economics department submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the state secretary of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine Victor Kantsurak.
