Article 1

Article 14.1 to add 1) with parts 4 and 5 of the following content:

"4. The government of the Russian Federation of the requirements to persons having the right in case of determination who apply for the conclusion of the agreements provided by Articles 33. 1, 33.7, 33.8 of this Federal Law to establish the maximum total volume of the general admissible catch of water bioresources approved in relation to types of quotas of production (catch) of the water bioresources specified in Items 1, 11 - 14 parts 1 of article 30 of this Federal Law concerning certain types of water bioresources in all areas of their production (catch) in borders of fishery basin in percentage ratio from general admissible catch of such type of water bioresources in areas of production (catch) in borders of certain fishery basin which can be distributed to person or persons entering one group of persons with such person who signed the relevant agreements provided by Articles 33. 1, 33.7, 33.8 of this Federal Law.

5. The procedure for submission of data on the group of persons specified in part 4 of this Article is established by the Government of the Russian Federation.";
