ORDER OF THE MINISTER OF NATIONAL ECONOMY OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

About introduction of amendments to the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 13, 2019 No. 73 "About approval of Rules of implementation of activities by subjects of natural monopolies"

I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 13, 2019 No. 73 "About approval of Rules of implementation of activities by subjects of natural monopolies" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 19242) the following changes:

in Rules of implementation of activities by subjects of the natural monopolies approved by the specified order (further – Rules):

4) of Item 142 to state the subitem in the following edition:

"4) data on lack (availability) of debt according to which account is kept in bodies of state revenues, issued not earlier than three months about day of opening of bids;";

4) of Item 152 to state the subitem in the following edition:

"4) availability in data on lack (availability) of debt according to which account is kept in bodies of state revenues, information on debt on compulsory pension contributions, compulsory pension contributions of the employer, to compulsory professional pension contributions, debt on assignments and (or) fees on compulsory social medical insurance and about debt on social assignments in the amount of one tenge and more;".

2. To provide to committee on regulation of natural monopolies of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
