About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About charity"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About charity" of April 22, 2003 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2003, No. 4, Art. 148; 2018, No. 1, Art. 23) following changes and amendment:

1. State preamble in the following edition:

"This Law establishes organization-legal bases of regulation of charity for the purpose of its development and provides the state support in this direction.".

2. In Article 2:

- second and third to exclude Items;

- to state Items of the seventh and eighth in the following edition:

"Charity foundation - the non-profit organization which does not have membership founded by citizens or legal entities on the basis of voluntary property contributions pursuing the charitable aims.

3. The second Article 6 to exclude part.

4. Article 10 in paragraph one shall be replaced with words the word "tasks" "form of business".

5. In Article 16:

- to state the name of Article in the following edition:

"Article 16. Unions (associations, councils) of charitable organizations";
