Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About insurance of savings of physical persons" of August 2, 2011 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2011, No. 7-8, of Art. 612; 2015, No. 11, Art. 973; 2018, Art. No. 7-8, 534) the following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 22:

- state part 14 in the following edition:

"14. Person who acquired at the investor the right to claim on contribution after loss occurrence has no right to compensation on such contribution, except for the physical person which acquired according to the procedure of inheritance the right to claim on contribution on which compensation payment to the investor was not made. The heir has the right to use the rights of the died investor provided by this Law from the moment of issue to the heir of the appropriate certificate about the right to inheritance or other document confirming its right to inheritance or right to use of money of the testator.";

- add with part 15 of the following content:

"15. Upon transition according to the procedure of inheritance after right to claim loss occurrence on the investor's contribution to several persons, each of them acquires the right to part unpaid to the investor of compensation in the amount of, pro rata to the size of the right to claim acquired by it on the specified contribution. Payment to the heir of compensation for the specified contribution does not depend on payment to the same heir of compensation for other deposits. The cumulative amount of payments to all heirs for contribution by which rights to claim passed according to the procedure of inheritance is limited to the extreme amount of compensation on contribution established by this Law.".
