About enforcement of the single passenger customs declaration of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States and rules of its filling
For the purpose of implementation of the Decision of Council of Heads of Customs Services of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States of November 21, 1996 the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:
1. Enact the single passenger customs declaration of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States and the rule of its filling since April 1, 1999.
2. To customs committee under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to take measures for production of forms of the single passenger customs declaration at the expense of the means left on material development of customs authorities.
3. Exempt Customs committee under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan from the customs duties and customs fees which are subject to payment for import of forms of the single passenger customs declaration to the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan.

1. The declaration is filled in before presentation of goods, objects to customs to control by the owner of goods or person acting according to its order in case of each crossing of border and certified by the signature of the owner or person acting according to its order.
