Bring in the Procedure for transfer of fund of financing of the construction or fund of real estate transactions in management to other financial institution by a court decision approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of December 8, 2020 No. 754, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 03, 2021 for No. 147/35769, the following changes:

1) in paragraph seven of Item 2 of the word "insurance company with which" shall be replaced with words "insurer", with which";
