Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 19, 2022 No. 412 "About approval of features of execution of agreements of finance lease (leasing), lease agreements of the foreign aircrafts used for flights by persons specified in Item 3 of article 61 of the Air code of the Russian Federation, aviation engines in 2022" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 13, the Art. 2074).
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2023.
