Make change to item 4 of the limiting Procedure of payments of wholesale selling prices on medicines approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 28, 2021 No. 854 "Some questions of reimbursation of medicines according to the program of the state guarantees of medical attendance of the population" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 67, Art. 4230; 2022, No. 74, the Art. 4473), having replaced in the first offer of paragraph two of the word "in four or more (for medicines, except insulin medicines) or in seven or more (for insulin medicines) the reference countries" with the words "in all reference countries which data are used for external reference pricing for the corresponding medicines".
