About modification of Item 4.14 of Chapter 4 of the Section V of the Regulations on conclusion of insolvent bank from the market

1. Make change to Item 4.14 of Chapter 4 of the Section V of the Regulations on conclusion of insolvent bank from the market approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 5, 2012 No. 2, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 14, 2012 for No. 1581/21893, having added the first offer of paragraph two after words of "financial accounting" with words "identifications of the fact of state registration of the termination of the legal entity - the debtor as a result of liquidation (except cases when obligation fulfillment of the liquidated legal entity is assigned by the law or other legal acts to other person) and impossibility of return of debt of such legal entity in voluntary or forced procedure as a result of acceptance by bank, Fund or the authorized person of Fund of liquidation of bank (in case of delegation by it by Fund of appropriate authority), all stipulated by the legislation measures, the death of the physical person - the debtor (if the obligation inseparably linked with physical person and with respect thereto it cannot be executed by other person)".

2. To provide to department of methodology and strategic planning together with legal support department submission of this decision to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.
