For the purpose of ensuring timely carrying out agricultural works, I decide attraction of necessary financial resources for increase in production of agricultural products and strengthening of guarantees of business activity of domestic and foreign partners in case of the conclusion of fyyuchersky transactions on production and realization of agricultural products:
1. Determine that the conclusion of fyyuchersky transactions on production and realization of agricultural products is performed without restrictions by all subjects of managing, and also at the republican commodity and raw exchanges according to the procedure, determined by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
