About introduction of amendments to the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of November 30, 2022 No. 402

Bring in form of the Tax declaration collection for parking lots of vehicles approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of July 9, 2015 No. 636, No. 912/27357 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 29, 2015 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of November 30, 2022 No. 402), the following changes:

1) in this form of the tax declaration:

in heading to exclude the word "Form";

in line 6 of the word "e-mail address" shall be replaced with words "E-mail address";
