About modification of some Orders of the Government (strengthening of institutional potential on component of the European integration)

Based on Item b) article 7 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, and parts (2) article 22 of the Law No. 98/2012 on the central branch public management (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 160-164, 537), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Standard structure of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the ministry approved by the Order of the Government No. 595/2017 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 265-273, 684), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in Item 10:

a) the text "and also one secretary general of the ministry who is the government employee - the upper manager, appointed to position on the basis of criteria of professionalism" to replace with the text "one secretary general of the ministry and, proceeding from circumstances, one deputy secretary general of the ministry, being government employees - upper managers, appointed to position on the basis of criteria of professionalism";

b) add with the following offer: "The position of the deputy secretary general of the ministry can be established according to the proposal of the minister by the order of the Government.";

To add 2) with Items 13-2 and 13-3 of the following content:

"13-2. The deputy secretary general of the ministry helps the minister with implementation of activities for fulfillment of requirements for accession of the Republic of Moldova to the European Union and submits to the secretary general of the ministry.

13-3. Deputy secretary general of the ministry:

1) is provided by coordinating of process of development and monitoring of fulfillment of requirements for accession of the Republic of Moldova to the European Union;
