About modification of the Order of the Government No. 802/2011 about creation of Social inspection

Based on the Law No. 547/2003 on the public assistance (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 42-44, 249), with subsequent changes, the Law No. 133/2008 on social benefit (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 179, the Art. 625), with subsequent changes, the Law No. 123/2010 on social services (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 155-158, 541), with subsequent changes, and the Law No. 219/2021 on modification of some regulations (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, Art. No. 325-333, 500) DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 802/2011 about creation of Social inspection (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, No. 187-191, of the Art. No. 881), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in the resolution:

a) in the name of the word "about creation of Social inspection" shall be replaced with words "about the organization and functioning of the State social inspection";

b) in Item 1 to "Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family" shall be replaced with words the text to "Ministry of Labour and Social Protection";

c) add with Items 1-1 and 1-2 of the following content:

"1-1. The state social inspection is legal successor of Social inspection.

1-2. The state social inspection exercises the state control in all territory of the Republic of Moldova.";

d) in Items 2, shall be replaced with words 3 and 4 words of "Social inspection" "The state social inspection";

e) add with the subitem 5 of the following content:

"5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection.".
