About modification of some Orders of the Government (increase in efficiency of periodic technical inspection of vehicles)

The government DECIDES:

1. In the Order of the Government No. 1047/1999 about transformation of the automated Car information retrieval system to the State register of transport and introduction of testing of cars and trail cars to them (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1999, Art. No. 126-127, 1113), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in the resolution:

a) in Item 3 of the word to "Ministry of Transport and Road Facilities" shall be replaced with words to "The ministry of infrastructure and regional development";

b) in item 4 of the word "Ministry of Transport and Road Facilities" shall be replaced with words "The national agency of road transport", and "single centralized system of periodic technical inspection of cars and trail cars to them" to replace words with the text", and as the owner of the Integrated system of management in the field of road transport provides creation, administration, servicing and development of information subsystem of "Autotest" within the corresponding information system";

c) in Item 6 of the word "stations of testing and operation of transport" shall be replaced with words "stations of periodic technical inspection";
