About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About international treaties of the Republic of Tajikistan"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About international treaties of the Republic of Tajikistan" of July 23, 2016 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2016, No. 7, the Art. 606) the following changes and amendments:

1. Add Article 5 with part 6 of the following content:

"6. The procedure for negotiation, signing and representation for ratification of the international treaties connected with the external help is determined by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.".
