About introduction of amendments to the Law on health protection No. 411/1995

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on health protection No. 411/1995 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1995, No. 34, of the Art. 373), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In Article 4:

in part (2-1) after word of "republican", to add in both cases with the word "regional", and words "the responsible person of the founder (respectively, the minister, primary municipium, the chairman of the area)." to replace in both cases with the word "founder".;

in part (shall be replaced with words 2-2) words "with the responsible person of the founder (respectively, minister, primary municipium, chairman of the area)" "with the founder";

in part (the words "Responsible Person of the Founder" to replace 7) with the word "Founder".

2. In part (1) Article 5 the first offer to state in the following edition:

"(1) Public medical educational institutions, research establishments in the field of health protection, republican, regional public medical and sanitary institutions and public medical and sanitary organizations district hospitals, except the created by Executive committee of Gagauzia, and also other budget bodies / budgetary institutions in the field of health protection are under authority of the Ministry of Health which performs functions of their founder on behalf of the state.".

3. In part (5) Article 35-1 the word "Government". shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Health".

Art. II. - (1) This law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

(2) to the Government in six-months time from the date of entry into force of this law to bring the regulations into accord with it.
