No. 7-9, 575, Art. 576; 2018, No. 1, Art. 26; 2022, No. 7, Art. 456) part two of the following content:
"Advertizing is considered doubtful if in it the untrue data concerning exclusive rights on results of intellectual activities, means of individualization of participants of civil transactions, individualization of products, the performed works or services (means of individualization), and also other objects equated to them are placed.".
