Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About television and broadcasting" of December 14, 1996 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 1996, No. 24, Art. 408; 1998, No. 10, Art. 76; 1999, No. 6, Art. 166; 2000, No. 11, Art. 521; 2001, No. 7, Art. 481; 2004, No. 2, Art. 39; 2006, No. 4, Art. 197; 2013, No. 7, Art. 540; 2019, No. 1, Art. 19) following changes:
1. In Article 11:
- in part one of the word of "legal entity" shall be replaced with words "legal entities";
- in part two of the word "About State Registration of Legal Entities" shall be replaced with words "About state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs".
2. In part one of Article 21 of the word "Majlisi Oly of the Republic of Tajikistan" shall be replaced with words "joint sittings of Majlisi milli and Majlisi namoyandagon of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, Majlisi milli and Majlisi namoyandagon of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan".
3. In part two of Article 23 of the word "regional and other local Majlises" shall be replaced with words "Majlis of People's Deputies of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, area, the city of Dushanbe, the city and the area".
4. In the paragraph the second part six of Article 28 of the word "TV, radio - video" shall be replaced with words "TV radio".
5. To state the text of Article 33 in the following edition:
