1. These rules establish procedure for complete or partial withdrawal or replacement of the goods moved through customs border of the Republic of Tajikistan when implementing the controlled delivery performed according to international treaties of the Republic of Tajikistan or by agreement with competent authorities of foreign states.

Complete or partial withdrawal or replacement of the goods moved through customs border of the Republic of Tajikistan which free realization is prohibited or turnover of which is allowed on special permission according to the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan, is performed in each case based on the arrangement of the body performing controlled delivery with the competent authorities of foreign states participating in implementation of controlled delivery.
