About modification of the Regulations on enforcement of the customs appointments provided by the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova, approved by the Order of the Government No. 1140/2005

The government DECIDES:

1. In the Regulations on enforcement of the customs appointments provided by the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova, approved by the Order of the Government No. 1140/2005 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, Art. No. 157-160, 1285), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in the subitem d) Item 36 the text "on pipelines, and also the electric power" shall be replaced with words "by means of stationary transport installation";

2) in the subitem d) Item 52 of the word "pipelines for goods in liquid or gaseous state" shall be replaced with words "stationary transport installation";

Item 91 to add 3) with the subitem d) the following content:

"d) stationary transport installation - the technical means used for continuous transportation of some goods, such as the electric power, natural gas and oil";

4) part (Item 94 to state 3) in the following edition:

"(3) transit formalities are not performed and the customs obligation in case of transportation of goods through stationary transport installations is not guaranteed. In this case responsibility for transit goods is conferred on the operator of stationary transport installation.";

To add 5) with Item 94-1 of the following content:

"94-1. When the goods transported by means of stationary transport installation arrive on customs area of the Republic of Moldova through this installation, these goods are considered placed under the transit mode at the time of their revenues to this territory.

In case goods already are in the territory of the Republic of Moldova and are transported by means of stationary transport installation, these goods are considered placed under the transit mode at the time of their receipt in stationary transport installation.
