About change of resolutions of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus of December 22, 2005 No. 12 and of September 28, 2017 No. 10
Due to the change of the legislation the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
Make changes to the following resolutions of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus:
in part one of Item 3 of the resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus of December 22, 2005 "About some questions of application by courts of the legislation on compulsory insurance from labor accidents and occupational diseases" figures "30" to replace No. 12 with figures "29";
in the resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus of September 28, 2017 No. 10 "About approval of the Regulations on involvement of jurymen to participation in hearing of cases in court":
in Item 1:
exclude the word "enclosed";
add Item with the word "(is applied)";
in Regulations on involvement of jurymen to participation in hearing of cases in the court approved by this resolution:
state item 4 in the following edition:
"4. For participation in consideration of specific case jurymen are subpoenaed by the notice which is constituted and goes according to requirements of the Instruction on clerical work in courts of law of the Republic of Belarus approved by the order of the Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus of November 3, 2021 No. 84. If necessary jurymen can be informed on date and time of appearance in court by use of electronic means of communication.";
third of Item 8 to state part in the following edition:
"Maintaining the sheet of accounting of working hours of jurymen, register of the cases considered with participation of jurymen is performed according to requirements of the Instruction on clerical work in courts of law of the Republic of Belarus.".
