About change of the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of January 26, 2012 No. 2
Based on the paragraph of third subitem 1. 1, subitems 1.4 and 1.5 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 14, 2020 No. 533 "About statistical declaration of goods", subitem 10.7 of Item 10 of the Regulations on the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 21, 2008 No. 228, the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of January 26, 2012 No. 2 "About statistical declaration of goods" the following changes:
1.1. to be reworded as follows appendix to this resolution it (is applied);
1.2. in the Instruction about procedure for filling and registration of the statistical declaration, modification of the registered statistical declaration, and also its cancellations approved by this resolution:
in the paragraph the second Item 6 of the word "Exporter/importer" to replace with the word "Resident";
in Item 11:
in parts one and third the word "transactions" shall be replaced with words "shipments (receipt)";
the second to state part in the following edition:
"In Section 7-2 of the column 7 "Nature of Shipment (Receipt)" of the statistical declaration the code of feature of payment of goods according to the qualifier of features of payment of goods according to appendix 4 (further – the qualifier of features of payment of goods), except as specified, specified in part three of this Item is specified.";
