ORDER OF THE MINISTER OF NATIONAL ECONOMY OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

About entering of amendment into the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 29, 2019 No. 190 "About approval of the Regulations on Committee on regulation of natural monopolies of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and recognition voided some orders of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan

I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 29, 2019 No. 190 "About approval of the Regulations on Committee on regulation of natural monopolies of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and recognition voided some orders of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following amendment:

in Regulations on the Committee on regulation of natural monopolies of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified order:

add Item 15 with subitem 77-1) of the following content:

"77-1) carrying out the analysis and identification of the system problems lifted by applicants;".

2. To provide to committee on regulation of natural monopolies of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) within ten calendar days from the date of signing of this order the direction it in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Ministries of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten working days after signing of this order submission to Legal department of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.
