About change of the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of February 12, 2016 No. 5
Based on Item 3 of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 10, 2014 No. 129-Z "About customs regulation in the Republic of Belarus" and subitem 10.7 of Item 10 of the Regulations on the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 21, 2008 No. 228, the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of February 12, 2016 No. 5 "About determination of qualifiers and features of customs declaring" the following changes:
add Item 1 with the paragraph of the following content:
"the qualifier of additional customs information according to appendix 4-1.";
add the resolution with appendix 4-1 it (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2023.
