ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC

About the approval of the List of the medical equipment, spare parts and consumable materials to the medical equipment which are purchased at the expense of public funds and imported for the organizations of health care financed from the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic

According to the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of July 12, 2006 "About temporary measures for support of healthcare institutions in providing with the medical equipment, spare parts and consumable materials to the medical equipment" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides No. 504:

1. Approve the List of the medical equipment, the spare parts and consumable materials to the medical equipment which are purchased at the expense of public funds and imported for the organizations of health care financed from the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. To the Ministry of Economics and finance of the Kyrgyz Republic together with the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic and the State customs inspection under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in ten-day time to develop procedure for customs clearance of the medical equipment, the spare parts and consumable materials to the medical equipment specified in Item 1 of this resolution.

3. Publish this resolution in mass media.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on management of social and cultural development of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic.
