Item 5 Corrected accreditations of certification bodies and test laboratories (centers) performing assessment works (confirmation) of compliance concerning products (works, services) used for the purpose of protection of the data which are the state secret or carried to other information of limited access, and products (works, services) protected in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, data on which are the state secret, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 3, 2014 No. 1149 "About accreditation of certification bodies and test laboratories (centers) performing assessment works (confirmation) of compliance concerning the defense products (works, services) delivered according to the state defense order, products (works, services) used for the purpose of protection of data being the state secret or carried to other information of limited access, and products (works, services) protected in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, data on which are the state secret, and also about introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation regarding assessment of conformity of the specified products (works, services)" (Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 46, Art. 6350), to add with the subitem "v" of the following content:
"c) perform assessment of knowledge in certain area of accreditation of the workers performing assessment works (confirmation) of compliance of products (works, services) in the form of their certification in the procedure determined by it.".
