About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

2. To Federal Antimonopoly Service in 2-month time to review the extreme maximum level of the prices (rates) for services in supervisory control in power industry regarding the organization of selection of contractors and fee on ensuring system reliability established for "System Operator of the Unified Energy System" joint-stock company for 2023 and to determine limiting amount of the means intended for fee on demand management on electrical energy for 2023 proceeding from average monthly planned amount of rendering services in demand management in the amount of 267 MW and weighted average price on services in demand management on electrical energy following the results of competitive selections of contractors of the services in demand management which are carried out in 2022 and also taking into account the actual economy of funds for fee by demand management on electrical energy for 2022.
